Our jewelry is made by hand in our workshop in Germany.
How long does shipping take?
We ship your piece of jewelry directly from our small workshop in Germany. We need 1-2 working days for the individual production.
The delivery time is:
Germany: DHL (1-3 working days)
Switzerland & EU countries: DHL (3-8 working days)
United States: DHL (9-12 working days), UPS Express (2-3 working days)
Shipment tracking:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your shipment number.

No problem - we offer you an exclusive service so that you can add more rings to your bracelet or exchange them at any time!
And this is how it works:
- Select the bracelet you have already purchased
- Select the number of additional beads and order the service
- You will then receive a separate email with a form
- Print out the form and enter your details
- Send the bracelet insured to the address given in the form
- As soon as we have received your bracelet, we will adjust it and send it back to you within 1-3 working days

Hello,
After the first bracelet was too big, I asked a request to have it shortened. This went well and sent it back to you. I wanted to have 2 more beads, this was also made possible for me, great. Now I'm waiting for the new bracelet to arrive and it came quickly and on time.
But the best thing was that everything was done to my satisfaction and it just turned out great!!!!👍👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😉😉😉😉😉😎😎😎😎
I would also like to order my next bracelet from you, but for my little son (11 years old). I'm sure we can manage that too.

I had another ring added to my bracelet.
The previous bracelet had a length of 21 cm.
The new bracelet now has a closed circumference of only 20.5 cm.
I am now a little disappointed with the design supplied.
