order
To order, follow these steps:
- Go to www.myclusiv.de
- Click on the desired product
- Make your settings
- Click "Add To Cart"
- Click "Checkout"
Fill in the required fields and complete the payment process.
After completion you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
If you cannot place an order, follow these steps:
- Reload the page or use a different browser.
- If this does not work, check that you have filled in all the required fields.
- If this also does not work, write to our customer service at [email protected]
We accept all common payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)
- Sofort (payment via Sofortüberweisung)
- PayPal (direct debit via PayPal is possible)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna invoice
All data is transmitted SSL-encrypted to guarantee you the best possible protection.

Shipping
Germany & Switzerland: For a short time Free
Austria: 4,90€
other EU countries: 5,90€
US: Standard Free, UPS Express 18,90$
We ship your piece of jewelry directly from our small workshop in Germany. We need 1-2 working days for the individual production.
The delivery time is:
Germany: DHL (1-3 working days)
Switzerland & EU countries: DHL (3-8 working days)
US: DHL (9-12 working days), UPS Express (2-3 working days)
Shipment tracking:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your shipment number.
Please note that there is no delivery or production on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. You can find more information on our shipping page.
You will receive a tracking number from us with your shipping confirmation. You can use this to check your delivery status at any time.
Standard shipping is exclusively with DHL.
Express shipping to US is with UPS.
Changes & returns
Orders can be changed or canceled on the same day. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible on the following day, as we will already have started the personalization process.
Send us a message with your order number and your request to [email protected].
If you would like to change the delivery address, please use our contact form. This can be found in the "Contact" section.
Please note that orders that have already been sent cannot be changed.
You can find information on refunds in our cancellation policy.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days. We will send you a new item or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
