With our size adjustment service, we can customize the length of your bracelet for you. Please enter your desired size in the text field and order the service. You will then receive instructions by email.
Finding the right size (size adjustment)
Step 1: Measure your wrist with a paper strip or tape measure
- Cut a strip of paper about 11.8" long
- Attach a piece of tape to the end of the paper strip and tape the strip to your wrist.
- Wrap the paper strip around your wrist just below the wrist bone - where you normally wear a bracelet.
- Mark the paper strip with a pencil where the end of the wristband will be.
Step 2: Determine the length you need
- Place the paper strip on the wrist and measure from the beginning to the mark.
- The length determined is the circumference of your wrist.
Step 3: Choose the right size
Add the following inch to your measured wrist circumference, depending on how you want the bracelet to fit:
- For a tight fit, add 0.24" to 0.51".
- For a comfortable fit, add 0.75" to 0.98".
- For a looser fit, add 0.98" to 1.18".
How do we calculate our bracelet sizes?
Our sizes are based on the total length of the bracelet minus the overlap of the clasp.
For example: A 8.3" bracelet has a total length of 9.1" when measured horizontally and open. However, because 0.8" of the clasp overlaps when the bracelet is closed, these 0.8" are subtracted from the total length. The bracelet therefore has a length of 8.3".
The loss of length that occurs when the clasp is closed is therefore already accounted for in the measurements given.
Important: Length loss varies from bracelet to bracelet. Example: Leather bracelet (approx. 0.4"). Men's bracelet (approx. 0.8").
Will I receive a return label?
No, we do not currently issue these. You must pay for the return shipment to us in accordance with our agreed terms and conditions.
For customers outside Germany
Please note the correct customs clearance of your return. We do not pay any customs duties.
You can obtain further information from the logistics company of your choice.
How long does the adjustment take?
As soon as we have received your bracelet, we need approx. 6-7 working days for the fitting.
You will then receive another e-mail from us with your consignment number.

Great bracelet, perfect product. The goods arrived quickly, unfortunately I ordered it too big and had to send it back. The bracelet came back a few days later and I have to say it was a great job. At €17 return it wasn't exactly cheap but that's not myclusiv's fault, it was my mistake. All in all I was very satisfied, I wear the bracelet every day. Keep up the good work!!!
The order was placed quickly via the store and shipping was also fast. Unfortunately, we discovered on arrival that the bracelet was too loose, so we had to send it back again. Again, everything worked quickly and easily. However, our request to change the charms was not taken into account and we had to contact the service department. Here we even give 6 stars. They responded quickly and swiftly and offered us a quick and great solution. We are absolutely satisfied and the bracelet simply looks sporty and chic and you can wear it with almost anything.
I am very satisfied with the customer contact in this regard. They took care of it and were quick to process it. Pictures show 23 cm before and the narrower 21 cm after... thank you, I would buy again and again if my husband had as much armw as an octopus 🐙. 🫶🏼
I sent you the bracelet from my husband but unfortunately I made another mistake with the size.
