To order, follow these steps:
- Go to www.myclusiv.de
- Click on the desired product
- Make your settings
- ClickAdd To Cart"
- Click "Checkout"
Fill in the required fields and complete the payment process.
After completion you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
If you cannot place an order, follow these steps:
- Reload the page or use a different browser.
- If this does not work, check that you have filled in all the required fields.
- If this also does not work, contact our customer support.
Orders can be changed or canceled on the same day. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible on the following day, as we will already have started the personalization process.

Shipping & delivery
Production & shipping:
We need 1-2 working days for individual production. They are shipped from our workshop in Germany.
Delivery time:
Germany: DHL (1-3 working days)
Switzerland & EU countries: DHL (3-8 working days)
United States: DHL (7-10 working days), UPS Express (2-3 working days)
You will receive a tracking number from us with your shipping confirmation. You can use this to check your delivery status at any time.
If you would like to change the delivery address, please use our contact form.
Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed.
Product & Material
We use selected materials that guarantee our high quality standards.
We use natural cowhide from German production and 316L stainless steel, which is particularly characterized by its durability and water resistance.
Yes, because we use hypoallergenic stainless steel and natural leather, our jewelry offers optimal wearing comfort even for sensitive skin.
We offer a two-year guarantee on all products. Our guarantee covers you in the event of defects such as color deviations, breakage of chains/bracelets, faulty engravings or knotting of the chain links. You can find the exact conditions here.
Returns
The right of return is 30 days. Please note that personalized products are excluded. You can find further information in our withdrawal policy.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days. You will of course receive a new item from us immediately.
