Can emojis be engraved?

You can use all emojis and symbols such as ♡ ∞ ☆ ✞ ॐ.

Simply copy and paste these into the engraving field (alternatively on your smartphone using the emoji keyboard). Please note that special characters are not engraved in color.

You can also specify your engraving in all languages and characters.

Can I fit the rings myself?

As the clasp is firmly glued, it is unfortunately not possible to attach the rings yourself. The bracelet must be sent to our workshop and we will take care of the rest.

Can I rearrange the rings?

This is not a problem. After placing your order, you will receive an email with a form which you should enclose with the package. You can specify a new order on this form.

How do I send the bracelet to you?

Please send your bracelet with the form, stating your new order number, insured and with a tracking number to the address given in the form.

Where is your jewelry made?

Our jewelry is made by hand in our workshop in Germany.

How long does shipping take?

We ship your piece of jewelry directly from our small workshop in Germany. We need 1-2 working days for the individual production.

Will I receive my order before Christmas?
All orders are dispatched by us in such a way that they will arrive before Christmas according to DHL.
- Germany: Order deadline on 18.12 (orders from 19.12 will still arrive on time with a probability of approx. 70%)
- Austria: Order deadline on 17.1
- Switzerland: Order deadline on 16.12
- France: Order deadline on 17.12
- ItalyOrder deadline on 16.12
- Netherlands: Order deadline on 17.1

The delivery time is:
Germany: DHL (1-3 working days)
Switzerland & EU countries: DHL (3-8 working days)
United States: DHL (7-10 business days), UPS Express (2-3 business days)

Shipment tracking:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your shipment number.

After the first bracelet was too big, I asked a request to have it shortened. This went well and sent it back to you. I wanted to have 2 more beads, this was also made possible for me, great. Now I'm waiting for the new bracelet to arrive and it came quickly and on time.

I had another ring added to my bracelet.
The previous bracelet had a length of 21 cm.
The new bracelet now has a closed circumference of only 20.5 cm.
I am now a little disappointed with the design supplied.
