Will I receive my order before Christmas? 🎅
All orders are shipped by us in such a way that they will arrive before Christmas according to DHL (please understand that in a few cases there may be delays on the part of DHL. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this).
- Germany: Order deadline on 18.12 (Orders from 19.12 will still arrive on time with a probability of approx. 70%)
- Austria: Order deadline on 17.1
- Switzerland: Order deadline on 16.12
- France: Order deadline on 17.12
- ItalyOrder deadline on 16.12
- Netherlands: Order deadline on 17.1
How long does delivery take?
We require 1-2 working days for individual production. The average delivery time is:
- Germany: DHL (1-3 working days)
- Switzerland & EU countries: DHL (3-8 working days)
- United States: DHL (9-12 business days), UPS Express (2-3 business days)
Can I track my shipment?
You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation so that you can track your order.
