Production & shipping:
We need 1-2 working days for the individual production. They are shipped from our workshop in Germany.

Delivery time:
Netherlands: 3-5 working days

Shipment tracking:
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number.

Returns:
The right of return is 30 days. Please note that personalized items are unique and cannot be returned.
